Surimi

With the advantage of being located right next to the Lach Bang fish port, one of the largest seaports in the North Central region with thousands of fishing vessels coming in and out, Song Viet Thanh Hoa possesses the advantage of abundant and diverse raw materials, meeting every customer's need for variety, quality, and price. The company's Surimi products are processed on a modern technology production line, following the ISO 22000:2018 quality management system, HACCP, and HALAL procedures, through various stages of bone separation, cleaning of fat and blood, impurities separation, and water pressing. The resulting product has a distinctive flavor and color, a strong adhesive texture, and serves as an intermediate product and protein source, widely used in the production of various other seafood products.
